چکیده

This study reports on extensive and in-depth investigations into the morphological, photosynthetic, physiological indices of 10 different types Cypripedium plant introduced from Changbai Mountain. It is an important prerequisite for ex situ conservation plants to provide new insights their photosynthesis. result can not only promote production vegetative but also with lots flowers characteristics promoting artificial introduction cultivation wild resources. A critical comparison results showed that high light intensity one causes reduction in photosynthesis samples. macranthum had most morphological advantages, while guttatum, smallest type, lowest morphogenesis. Photoinhibition began daily at 12:00 pm reached a second peak 14:00 all types. C. macranthum, ventricosum, calceolus greater photosynthetic capacity than other Using principal component analysis, order was CCMY > CVPP CCRY CMPP CVRR CSPY CMWW CMLL CMDD CGWW. These lay groundwork future research resource distribution conservation.

Photosynthetic performances of transplanted Cypripedium flavum plants

To explore the conservation and cultivation of Cypripedium flavum at comparatively lower altitudes, a study on variations in photosynthetic characteristics was conducted on C. flavum plants from the high mountains of the eastern Himalayas. Plants of same size (6 leaves, 35-40 cm height) were selected from Tianshengqiao (alt. 3,450 m) and planted at the gardens at Zhongdian (alt. 3,200 m) and Ku...

Elevation-Related Variation in Leaf Stomatal Traits as a Function of Plant Functional Type: Evidence from Changbai Mountain, China

Understanding the variation in stomatal characteristics in relation to climatic gradients can reveal the adaptation strategies of plants, and help us to predict their responses to future climate changes. In this study, we investigated stomatal density (SD) and stomatal length (SL) in 150 plant species along an elevation gradient (540-2357 m) in Changbai Mountain, China, and explored the pattern...
